Cocktails: Gimlet

The freshest summer cocktail *chef's kiss*

Ingredients

• 2 parts gin

• 1 part freshly squeezed lime juice

• 1 part simple syrup

Combine everything with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake shake shake till nice and cold. 

Pour into a champagne coup or martini glass and garnish with a lime twist or spring of rosemary.
